How can I schedule an appointment?
All appointments must be booked online. Please follow the prompt after clicking the Book Now button on the bottom of the page. If you are unsure about which services to schedule, please schedule a consultation or email me a current photo of yourself and your goal style and I can instruct you on which services to schedule. If you have any problems booking online please email me at [email protected] . Please allow 48 hours for a response to all email inquiries.
When should I arrive to my appointment?
Being on time for your appointment is important so you may receive your full service. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you can relax and get situated before we begin your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment you will not be guaranteed all original services scheduled.
What is the cancellation policy?
24 minimum notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
A 50% charge for all services scheduled will be due before re booking late cancellations/no show appointments.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, all major credit cards, check, venmo
Can children come to the salon during my appointment?
Unless your children are receiving a service please do not bring them to your appointment. This space has several stylists all working together independently and we must be considerate of the other patrons.
Can I still color my hair if I have a medical condition or am pregnant?
If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or take any prescriptions that could cause a reaction during your chemical service please inform me before your service. If you are pregnant, please ask your medical professional for permission before scheduling any chemical service.
